Mound’s Lady Sophia #24427 DOB 3/30/09 Sophia is an outstanding
young show mare with excellent conformation. In 2012 was named 1st
Honorable Mention All-American in the three year-old mare division.
During the 2013 show season she won 1st place in the four your-old
mare class at the OH State Fair, in addition to being named Senior
Champion Mare, Grand Champion Mare & Best of Breed. At the National
Clydesdale Show held at the IN State Fair she placed 3rd in a
extremely strong class of four year-old mares. Sophia is a
full-sister to Wolf Mound’s Lady Jane, who was the 2009 Reserve
All-American Yearling Mare and she is a half-sister on her dam’s
side to the 2004 All-American Filly Foal, Wolf Mound’s Royal Kate.
Also, she is a half-sister on her dam’s side to the 2010 1st
Honorable Mention Gelding, Wolf Mound’s Majestic. Sophia is broke to

Mound’s Lady Jane #23926 DOB 1/4/08 Jane is a tall black show
mare that has done well in the show ring. In 2011 Jane placed 1st at
the Indiana State Fair/Mid-America Clydesdale Show, 1st at the Iowa
State Fair and 2nd at the Wisconsin State Fair/National Clydesdale
Show in the three year-old mare class. She was the 2009 Reserve
All-American Yearling Mare by placing 1st place & Res. Jr. Champion
Mare at the 2009 Mid-America Clydesdale Show/IN State Fair, 3rd
place at the 2009 Iowa State Fair, 3rd place at the 2009 Michigan
Great Lakes International. In 2008, Jane was the 1st Honorable
Mention Filly foal by placing 1st at the 2008 Mid-America Clydesdale
Show/IN State Fair, 1st at the 2008 Iowa State Fair and 1st at the
2008 Eastern Regional Show at the Keystone International Livestock
Expo. She is sired by Eel River Victor’s Nootka and out of our great

Mound’s Horse Of A Different Color
(AKA: Trace) (registration
#-pending) DOB 2/13/13 Trace is an exceptional young stud colt with
a great future ahead of him. In 2013 at the Ohio State Fair he
placed 1st in the stud foal class in addition to winning Junior
Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Clydesdale Stallion. He is sired
by Grandview's Eli Just-In-Step and out of our 2010 All-American
Mare, Heart Mt. Shaylene. Trace was born a unique dapple gray, but

2/12/2012 Valentino is a well bred black coming two year-old gelding
with a fantastic disposition. His dam, Wolf Mound’s Royal Kate was
in our show string for several years. She won several shows during
her career in the mare cart class; in addition she was the 2004
All-American Filly Foal. Valentino’s half-brother on his dam side,
Wolf Mound’s Royal Grander was exported to South Africa in 2010.
Valentino’s half-sister on his sire side, Wolf Mound’s Lady Jane was

5/1/07 Shaylene is a terrific semi-retired black show mare in foal
for March 2014 to the black Clydesdale stallion Weber’s BJ Levi
Lady. Her show record speaks for itself. Shaylene was awarded the
2010 All-American three year-old mare. She was awarded the Reserve
Grand Champion & Reserve Senior Champion Mare at the 2010 National
Clydesdale Show held at the Wisconsin State Fair. Also, she won
Grand Champion Mare at the 2010 National Western Stock Show in
Denver, Colorado and she was named Grand Champion Mare at the 2010
Calgary Stampede. Shaylene produced an exceptional stud foal in

Wolf Mound’s Brilliant Onyx
#22871 DOB 2/8/06 Onyx is a retired black show mare. She produced an
outstanding black filly foal in February 2013 sired by Mountain
Meadows Sir James. Wolf Mound's Lady Grace is Onyx’s third foal.
Onyx is sired by Armageddon’s Lord Elijah and out of a Donegal
Midnight Express daughter, Wolf Mound’s Megan that we raised. Onyx
is one of only a handful of young, less than 7 years of age,
Armageddon’s Lord Elijah daughters. Elijah was one of the best known
and successful black stallions of the modern times. Onyx was the
2009 1st Honorable Mention All-American 3 year-old mare. She placed
2nd at the 2009 Mid-American Clydesdale Show/Indiana State Fair and
1st at the 2009 Iowa State Fair. Onyx is broke to drive and ride and

well know champion stallion, Armageddon’s Lord Elijah. Grander has
perfect markings to go along with his tremendous top-line. He has a
long neck that flows right into his beautiful head. He is very
high-headed, extremely easy to handle and stands great in cross ties

SOLD March 2012 DOB 3/5/11 Mocha is a dark bay
filly out of our Donegal Midnight Express daughter Wolf Mound’s
Megan and she is sired by Armageddon’s Lord Lazarus. Lazarus is a
new, up-coming stallion in the Clydesdale Breed whom offers both
size and movement to his offspring. Mocha is a half-sister to the
2009 1st Honorable Mention All-American 3 year-old Mare, Wolf
Mound’s Brilliant Onyx. She has perfect dark bay markings to go
along with her beautiful head. Mocha is very high-headed, extremely

DOB 2/8/11 Champ is a black weanling gelding out of our
Armageddon Lord Elijah daughter, Wolf Mound’s Brilliant Onyx and
sired by Eel River Victor’s Nootka. He has perfect markings to go
along with his beautiful feathering. Champ has a tremendous heel and
a high “hock set”. He has a great personality and is going to be a
big gelding. Champ is extremely easy to handle and stands great in

flamboyant black stud colt that has some “big shoes” to follow given
that his 2008 full-brother Wolf Mound’s King of Hearts was exported
to New Zealand in August of 2008. William is a solid black bodied
colt with a great neck line to help make him an outstanding future
stallion or hitch horse prospect. This colt is extremely up-headed;
he always has his head held high. William stands great for grooming,
washing, clipping, etc. He is a half-brother on his dam side to the
2004 Yearling & 2005 Two Year-old 1st Honorable Mention
All-American Stallion, Wolf Mound’s Jackson. Also, he is a
half-brother on his sire side to the 2009 Reserve All-American

stands 17.3+ hands. He is broke to drive in the cart and in the

the swing or wheel position of any quality six-horse hitch. Major

perfect markings with a wealth of good breeding behind her. Sired by
a son of Bluffviews Newsworthy Noah, and out of a Wolf Mounds Model
lady daughter, Wolf Mounds Lady Dutchess. Debra will be bred to
Armageddons Lord Caleb, a black stallion sired by Northwest
